Jessica Andrews-Kunst is a seasoned Realtor®, property manager, and project manager with a passion for real estate that began long before her professional career. A Bay Area native, Jessica grew up in Marin and Contra Costa Counties before settling in Sonoma County over 30 years ago. Her deep roots across Northern California have given her extensive knowledge of the region’s diverse cities, neighborhoods, and markets — from the Bay Area to the Oregon border. Jessica has been a licensed Realtor® since 2015, but her real estate journey began much earlier. At just 18, she purchased her first investment property, and within a few years began managing that property as well as additional investments. For more than 31 years, she has demonstrated her love of real estate by embracing every aspect of the process — from acquisition and renovation to property management and sales.
Jessica is also the owner and operator of House to Home Real Estate Services, LLC, a company specializing in project management and renovations, and real estate flips. Through House to Home, she helps clients maximize the potential of their properties — transforming houses into thriving investments and beautiful homes that embody her signature standard: “From House to Home, When Only Excellence Will Do!”
Her passion and enthusiasm for chasing down a good cap rate and strong GRM have allowed her to explore and appreciate most of Northern California’s counties in search of the best and most profitable investment opportunities — both for herself and for her clients. Over the years, this drive has led Jessica to invest in and own numerous properties throughout California. What began as a hobby evolved into a lifelong passion, making this career a true pleasure rather than a job.
Today, Jessica specializes in helping investors build and manage their portfolios while also serving buyers and sellers of all kinds with the same level of care, expertise, and professionalism. Her main intention is to understand each client’s unique needs and build relationships that last. When orchestrating deals, Jessica is assertive yet effective, known for her honesty, integrity, and ability to get results. She believes every client should walk away feeling that they have experienced the best and most honorable service possible.
While she is recognized as a strong negotiator and steadfast advocate for her clients, Jessica is equally known for her compassion, empathy, and calm demeanor. She brings a collaborative and solutions-oriented approach to every transaction, easing the stress that can accompany buying, selling, or managing real estate and helping streamline each process with clarity and confidence. Jessica is a proud member of the California Association of Realtors® (CAR), National Association of Realtors® (NAR), and California Apartment Association (CAA). She also recently served as President of the Board of Directors in the Willow Park Homeowners Association, a 58- unit complex of townhomes and condos in Rohnert Park, California.
In that role, Jessica led a transformational effort to engage the community of owners and transition the complex from a distressed, un-fundable community into a thriving, financially stable, and desirable neighborhood. Through her leadership, she helped rebuild financial reserves, resolve years of deferred maintenance, and foster a culture of collaboration and pride — all while increasing property values and profitability for residents.
